The bad reviews probably have more to do with the reviewer than the service although some are obviously warranted. It's the great mall folks, what do you expect, my kids Peed in line one time at the Puma store it was awesome but not the employees fault, it was mine. You're obviously not gonna be getting folks with PhD's punching a cash register, they're going to be high school kids and folks who aren't staying there for the rest of their lives.

Same thing applies to basically the rest of the great Mall in general, either you're there puma basket heart for the good deals, or you're one of the old people walking laps in the morning, period.
